4. Product Accuracy and Use

  • Industrial Nature: Many of our products are designed for industrial, agricultural, or construction use (e.g., hemp fines, hurd, or fibre). They must be used in accordance with provided safety guidelines or industry standards.

  • Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with weights, dimensions, and descriptions. However, as hemp is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in color and texture are normal and expected.

5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For major failures with the service, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, X-HEMP PTY LTD shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on xhemp.au, including text, logos, and images related to our Tasmanian processing facility, is the property of X-HEMP PTY LTD. Redistribution or commercial use of this material without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
